It invests in fixed income securities with an average duration of 1.76 years and an average credit quality of least BBB–. The fund benchmarks the performance of its portfolio against the S&P/LSTA Leveraged Loan Index. It was formerly known as Eaton Vance Low Duration Diversified Income Fund. Eaton Vance Short Duration Diversified Income Fund was formed on February 28, 2005 and is domiciled in the United States.
